Large stone material is crushed by jaw crusher and impact crusher firstly. Then 0-40mm aggregate is transported by belt conveyor into VSI vertical impact crusher for making sand. Material large than 10mm returns to VSI machine to crush again forming a closed loop. 5-10mm material can be partially finished according to the discharge requirements. Material less than 5mm enters sand washing machine to clean.
Here we could provide solution to meet different requirement. If you need 0.075mm fine sand, a fine sand recycling machine is a good choice. If 0-5mm sand is what you need, you could directly get it after screening, or get clean sand using sand washing machine, or quickly get high quality sand using fine sand recycling and dewatering machine.
